Support & managed service
Application support, monitoring and enhancement after go-live, under agreed response targets. Handover documentation written on the assumption that someone else may take over.
Partner & sub-contract delivery
Named engineering capacity inside another firm's programme, working to their governance, reporting and quality gates on multi-million euro contracts in Ireland and the UK.
